Gets the job done
What do you like best? I like how easily everything syncs with Microsoft computers and products. It makes emailing items from the CRM seamless. What do you dislike? I dislike how it freezes and causes issues for some computers. It seems to be a lot to handle. I also dislike that it doesn't automatically update. For example, if a user calls or emails a client, it is not automatically put into their file, and the same goes for new accounts. Some people forget to add the client or spell a ...

Dynamics 365 for not for profit organizations
What do you like best? My favorite three features of CRM include the ease of use, integration of PaperSave to optimize document safety, and the dashboard set up. What do you dislike? It would be more useful to be able to customize more queries. I also dislike that there are two many windows to access records, it would be more advantageous and faster to consolidate windows and graphics to avoid clicking and managing multiple windows at a time Recommendations to others considering the ...

I like that it has a combo of CRM and ERP
What do you like best? The platform has a combination of CRM and ERP, making basically everything the sales force used in one platform. I found this to be nice, especially since I am not great with technology. It makes it really easy to log and keep up with clients, prospects, etc. What do you dislike? Definitely had some glitches (like all Microsoft products, but they weren't terrible. It was usually just lagging, or sometimes the information wouldn't show up/transfer right away. ...

It's hard to find accounts and set up accounts. Tracking of orders and invoices it's up-to-date and doesn't allow multiple people to make changes. I cant access on my phone and track appointments and sales calls. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure you do your homework and make sure it's the right ...

Powerful device
What do you like best? Powerful device, really usefull and secure. We use Dynamic through the Amazon workspace and I can manage my activity easily. Really good device for the management of the pipeline, the tracking of the deals. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's a bit slow. And we can't always open a new tab so I loose a bit of productivity. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A better management of my pipeline, my ...

Strong and innovative solution, but tricky customization (CRM 2013)
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? As a current user of Microsoft Office Ribbon, I find the interface familiar and easy to navigate. The system does untie hands to do your own customization, as for instance to manipulate field traits, to form layouts, and even to manage your entire business flows. You're absolutely free to add views, entities, and dashboards; and you're in permanent control of who is seeing them. I couldn't complain on integrations or security ...

Great CRM management, cumbersome and difficult event management
What do you like best? Ability to view and record many aspects of donor history including event participation, purchase/giving history, contact information, previous emails/letters, etc. What do you dislike? No integration for guest registration, many manual processes, every step takes so long, adding any data points or updating multiple records takes too many steps, very cumbersome and time consuming. Recommendations to others considering the product Do your research and figure out ...

Microsoft Dynamic CRM comes with great set of features that make your workflow even more smooth
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really like this new version of Microsoft Dynamic, the updated mobile client is way richer and it meets all our company’s needs. We are satisfied with the Excel templates and pipeline funnel reporting because we can easily push of data right to our users’ desktop. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It can be little difficult to learn the record creation and routing rules. I’m currently learning to accept the ...

Better suited for traditional sales
What do you like best? Microsoft Dynamics is better suited for traditional sales, rather than trading. There is very little continuity between screens, and I have found that the customizations I want to incorporate are not necessary added in meaningful ways that help grow my business. I am better off to continue tracking my business trough an excel spreadsheet. What do you dislike? Microsoft Dynamics is better suited for traditional sales, rather than trading. There is very little ...
