Great Product!

What do you like best? I am able to have everything synced up. As long as everything is updated Outlook works the best with all of the other products for one price. What do you dislike? Nothing much to dislike. Very useful and helpful when it comes to doing a lot of tasks at once and staying organized. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It does the job but not user friendly

What do you like best? It houses all our information and for the most part can find what I need. It is complicated to find certain information and run reports, but I am not CRM expert. What do you dislike? It is not very user friendly. Seems to be complicated at sometimes just to find easy information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Storing all our information and keeping us organized. It's a good tool to keep all sales records.

Does What it Needs to Do but Doesn't Look Great

What do you like best? Microsoft Dynamics CRM is straightforward and integrates easily with other MS products Power BI capabilities are really the saving grace for this product - easily get reports on all data in the CRM Licensing is generous - with one customer engagement license, we were able to utilize almost everything under the Dynamics 365 umbrella including power apps, Power BI and MS Flow, etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The most helpful thing about D365 for Sales is that we can track just about everything we need to maintain an organized business structure. From MQLs, to leads, to sales, to customers - pipeline, all the information needed is right there. What do you dislike? What do you like best? i liked the fact that this software allowed my team and i to do everything our jobs required rfom one simple application. We were able to follow up on leads and contact customers and have all the information in front of us. The software gave us valuable insights and in a sense pushed us to generate more sales. Dynamics CRM is OK if can't afford SalesForce

What do you like best? The reporting is useful once you customize it a bit, What do you dislike? Learning curve was steep, but that may be my corp's install version of CRM. Recommendations to others considering the product: watch the training videos every week for a month What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales forecasting and bookings, tracking Accounts Receivables, and reviewing sales history.
