"It will get the job done"

What do you like best about Microsoft Access? Once you get used to it, it's pretty straight forward. I've used Access in many difference scenarios and it gets the job done for small database needs. What do you dislike about Microsoft Access? it does take some time to get used to, if you haven't used it before. Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Access: If you have Office, you probably have Access. It's worth a shot.

"Access can be a useful front-end, but I wouldn't use it for very large databases"

What do you like best about Microsoft Access? Access has a lot of UI features that can make it useful as a front-end for working with other databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc...) through linked tables. It's also easy to use for setting up relatively small databases on the fly. What do you dislike about Microsoft Access?
