What do you like best about Microsoft Access? The integration with Microsoft outlook. What do you dislike about Microsoft Access? I'm not super tech savvy but I still am able to use it easily. Not really any major dislikes. What problems is Microsoft Access solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy access (no pun intended) to data that multiple providers need.

"Microsoft Access: A trusty old Database Management System"

What do you like best about Microsoft Access? Twenty years ago, my first project in Visual Basic had Microsoft Access (.mdb) as it's backend. It is that easy to work with to suit your own needs. Fast forward now, I still use it in it's Access 2013 edition when working with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET applications.
