What do you like best about Microsoft Access? I like Access's ease of use for managing small data sets under 2GB. I can join tables and then use other tools to query that data. What do you dislike about Microsoft Access? I dislike the 2GB file size limit which means I can't use access for a lot of my data sets. What do you like best about Microsoft Access? Honestly, I use the built in queries for duplicates and non-matching frequently. What do you dislike about Microsoft Access? I first learned Access on an earlier version. The more recent versions were less intuitive for me. What problems is Microsoft Access solving and how is that benefiting you? Using the Find Duplicates and Mismatched queries are very useful. I upload a monthly list and see what isn't matching up.

What do you like best about Microsoft Access? Microsoft Access makes importing our general ledger from various programs into Microsoft Dynamics very simple. I am able to export Quickbooks general ledger detail and APS general ledger detail into Microsoft Excel then export it to it into Microsoft Dynamics using Microsoft Access.
