"Handy Performance Management Tool"
What do you like best about Mesh? Mesh has proved to be an excellent tool for managers and reporters by closing the loop of effective, transparent & productive communication via 1:1 meetings and reviews. In addition, tracking OKRs, dashboarding & analytics and appreciating the contribution of deserving ones has never been more accessible. The performance evaluation at Mesh is something we're launching next at the moment; I believe that we could benefit from it the same way.

What do you like best about Mesh? The dashboard of Mesh is a huge plus. We can view all the reporting subordinates in a single pane and know where the status is at any point in time.

What do you like best about Mesh? Getting into habit of documenting 1-1 and everything related to performance at one place. Though I was maintaining it at google docs earlier, but it helps in centralising everything at one place.
