There are not always lots of matches and it can take quite a while to find a mentor, which sometimes leads to disengagement. What do you like best about Mentorloop Mentoring Software? It's just easy to use. Very friendly user interface. It tracks your journey along the mentoring relationship which shows progress and drives good behaviour. This is by far the best software I've used compared to competitors.
