What do you like best? Does a great job with supporting accounting needs What do you dislike? Is so robust, it becomes cluttered and difficult to learn when you don't use all of the modules. What do you like best? I like the new Report Studio and the easier use of hte interface. What do you dislike? I dislike the Advance Search method. If you don't know what to put in the fields, you can't look for it. It would be helpful to have "cheat sheets" or other type of documentation on short cuts, frequent tabs or links, or a list of common terms. Onward and upward

What do you like best? I like the product, I am a visual leaner and I feel like i can really learn easily with the system with the right directions. The event aspect of the system is great for what we need to with our association. What do you dislike? I believe customer service response time can be faster and more detailed. What do you like best? The staff are passionate, knowledgable and friendly. They are hardworking, have had to solve a lot of problems remotely and are very patient. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like the way that our CSM, and the entire MS team, works with us as our partners. There has been a lot of change inside of MS recently and you can really feel those powerful shifts. What do you dislike? Not being able to take foreign currency payments is a big downside What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've moved away from manual excel sheets and have cut down on human error
