I would like the tool to have the ability to search in more specific areas such as states at a geographic level. What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you? There is very little I dislike -- if i made one user-enhancement it would be to clean up some of the navigation options - it's a very robust tool but I do get lost sometimes going from section to section. What do you like best about Meltwater? Ease of use. It's simple to add in the social data that I need to work more efficiently. The customer support is also extrememely helpful if I run into any issues. What do you dislike about Meltwater? Depending on what you're doing things can get a little complicated that might require help from service rep. It is also costly. What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping with benchmarking and best social media practices.
