What do you like best about MedTrainer? MedTrainer has a large number of trainings available to help keep us in compliance. However-the thing that makes MedTrainer stand out above other companies is their customer service. Specifically, my account rep, Mel, is quick to answer any emails or questions. What do you like best about MedTrainer? We can create our own templates, add what we'd like to keep track of (external transcripts), our McKesson stock is tracked here which also provides MSD on hand and accessible to all staff. Anytime I have a question or need help, my representative promptly responds and helps me over the phone or gets back to me quickly. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? We can't sort or search incident reports by name (patient, customer, staff who completed form). ...

What do you like best about MedTrainer? The wide variety of functions in the system, good customer service. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? We are relatively new to MedTrainer, but so far the only thing I've found that I wished looked a little different is the Course Catalog for e-learning modules. They aren't easily sorted and it can be difficult to find content that meets your needs. Also, I wish there was a better way to see the content before assigning a new course to staff. What ...

What do you like best about MedTrainer? We currently utilize MedTrainer for all of our compliance tracking. Whether that be LMS training or having team members sign and accept needed documents. "One-stop shop for compliance solutions -- but needs improvement."

What do you like best about MedTrainer? I enjoy the fact that I have the ability to create safety plans and also do compliance training modules in one place. The interface is user friendly. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? I dislike that there are typos in the safety plans and training modules (which the wording needs to be updated). I am not a fan of the update system for safety plans -- when I update a plan it completely erases all my previous data from the first time I created it ...

What do you like best about MedTrainer? MedTrainer has made my job as an administrator so much easier! I MedTrainer for required education for staff as well as physicians. The reports available to track module compliance are outstanding and simple to run. I really like the fact that you can easily create your own custom education modules.
