The tools and features within the solution make coaching comprehensive and feedback is clear and easy to deliver. The Smart alerts feature is critical to me as a Coach as it tees up calls for me to Coach based on the criteria that's important to me. What do you like best about Mediafly? I like the integrations that ExecVision offers, which joins and syncs recordings into ExecVision for further analysis. Another thing is the fact that we can create libraries to help train new joiners on different types of calls and approaches. Also the identification of keywords during the call.
