What do you like best about Mediafly? I love being able to view all of the reps' calls in one place and filter down to specific dispositions i.e. "Discovery Call Scheduled", "Length", etc. I also like the ability to get so granular with coaching within a call for highlighting, comments, etc.

What do you like best about Mediafly? Scorecards and analytics. I like the way I am able to search for keywords, and have smart alerts notify me when my reps do something specific in a call based around set words and phrases.
