"Great automation, not so great reporting"

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I really like how our drip campaigns and set up in marketo. Makes it easy to make large scale changes. The sales force integration is great most of the time - it takes a bit of time for sales force to push data to marketo. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? The analytics is lacking. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? Although, straight forward the user design could be better and less clunky.
