What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Nothing. The UI is old and clunky. It's visually super ugly. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Engage? I'm constantly getting 403s and similar errors when trying to edit landing pages. It just eats up all of my browser memory and crashes. I am a certified expert - but at any time can give access to those on my team to view smart lists, campaigns and other programs I am running so they can be in the loop and view leads. A remarkable solution that made marketing easy and enjoyable

PROS: Marketo is fully equipped with features that can help you throughout your marketing journey, from contact management to analyzing leads garnered. CONS: We feel like we still learn something new about Marketo every day. And this shouldn't be the case because we've been using it for a few months now and it would be rather inconvenient if you have to redo your campaign just because of overlooking a step which turned out to be important.

Must-have for CRM and marketing to a wide audience

PROS: Marketo sends marketing emails to fast and on a massive scale while ensuring the messages reach their specific target audience. In addition, it integrates rather smoothly with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce. CONS: The platform is not that exhaustive when it comes to reporting. I think a big part of this is owed to that the platform is old, which also gives way for occasional bugs and lags. On top of all this, customer service offers minimal assistance to fix these issues.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I love the integration with Salesforce. We wouldn't be able to be so robust without it. Salesforce and Marketo are almost seamless together. PROS: Marketo earned my approval as early as at the setup stage where I was impressed with its comprehensive training guide on navigating around and optimizing the platform. Practically, Marketo allows you to engineer your marketing campaign in ways that are limitless. It is extremely user-friendly that you can execute even complex campaigns with ease. CONS: Marketo's price point may not fit into small-scale businesses unless that business is strategizing on being gung-ho on marketing efforts.
