Good product
What do you like best? Mantis is a very transparent application. I like the overviews and lists. Flexibilits with creating users and custom fields. What do you dislike? Nothing really. We would prefer a better time reporting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Projects in larger teams with more than two parites. Every user has great visibility of tickets and tasks. Project managers can steer easily and have good overview. I prefer it to jira.

Excellent tool for manging tasks and issues within project rollouts (New ERP System rollout).
What do you like best? Ease of use. You can set-up a very simple project tracking environment in minutes. Email notifications keep stakeholders informed of updates to important tasks. Good customisation options. Mantis keeps it simple and surely that's what users want. We shouldn't be hung-up on making this tool something it isn't (a developers plaything).
