Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Mailtrack has significantly improved the way I manage my email communication. Its real-time tracking lets me know exactly when my emails are opened, eliminating guesswork and allowing me to follow up at the perfect moment. The Gmail integration is seamless, and I especially value the mail merge feature for personalized outreach. The ability to track document ...Read more

MailTrack pros and cons

  • Mailtrack provides instant notifications when an email is opened or a link is clicked, enabling users to follow up promptly and optimize communication timing.

  • Unlike many competitors, Mailtrack allows unlimited tracking, which is highly beneficial for users who send high volumes of emails daily.

  • As it works directly within Gmail and Google Workspace, users can easily track emails without switching platforms, ensuring minimal learning curve and easy adoption.

  • With tools like mail merge, secure document sharing, signature requests, and follow-up reminders, Mailtrack supports both communication and task management.

  • While integration with Gmail is excellent, Mailtrack has limited compatibility with other popular email platforms, which may restrict usage for non-Gmail users.

  • Some advanced tools such as high-volume campaigns, CRM auto-BCC, and extensive document tracking are only available on paid plans, limiting free users.

Great Product, Great Support

I signed up to Mailsuite (formerly Mailtrack) for both personal and business reasons. Mailtrack was super helpful in a legal situation where verifying opens, clicks and re-opens was super important. In ongoing business it has been a great way to know when vendors or clients open your emails and if there are email deliverability issues (spam). I wish it worked in Safari -- I stopped using Google Chrome earlier this year. Hopefully it's on the roadmap!

Mailtrack - Great…when it works.

Mailtrack, Mailsuite, whatever they are calling themselves now, works great - when it wants to. Not at all reliable, but great to have when it does work. And very frustrating when it does not.

One of my must-have tool!

Mailtrack is fantastic! Even with free version. Its easy to setup and getting real time notification when my emails are open is a huge plus for me. It made staying connected easier.

Disappointed with the advance pro version

I’m paying for the advance pro membership and after a year the program didn’t track any PDF opened and since the last months, websites either…I contacted the customer services representative and he didn’t get back to my with any solution and what is more, I had to resend several emails requesting for help to get an answer. There are plenty of apps similar to mailtrack.io where if I pay 150$ per year I can get the services I deserve

"Email Tracker and Realtime Openers for Gmail"

What do you like best about Mailsuite (formerly Mailtrack)? It is helpful to know when & who opens your email from your recipient list. and also track how many times they open or forwarded to any other persons. Its rate is affordable. What do you dislike about Mailsuite (formerly Mailtrack)? It is under evaluation so not found anything so far. Sometimes the track details did not provide for a few emails and it says "Email not tracked" but the rest of the functions are good. What problems is ...

Have billed me for 2 annual subscriptions after I cancelled.

Have billed me for 2 annual subscriptions since I cancelled. Was unable to get a refund the first time as you are only allowed to contact their support if you have an active subscription, which I did not, even though I got charged for it. Got the money back with a VISA Dispute a year ago, but now I've just been charged the annual fee AGAIN! UPDATE: Payment has been refunded now since posting this review. Thank you :)

A scam if you want to cancel your subscription

It took me more than an hour to cancel my subscription while I am pretty tech savvy. Definitely made on purpose. Unacceptable.
