Not customer oriented
I am a long term customer. My regular bills range from $5 to $65 per month. This month I received a bill for $1150 totally unexpected. I was charged a fee for email validation that I did not do/request. I contact mailgun customer service, explaining that I did not do or authorize this service. They rejected my request saying "I am sorry that we could not find an amicable agreement in this situation". I will now have to contact my credit card company to get a refund. I do not recommend.

Great service
Eventhough I still use the free rate, mailgun service really help alot. Even when someone messed up with my key credentials, they quickly block that unauthorized usage. Thanks mailgun team!

Mailgun offers more than you expect
Mailgun offers a very reliable and serious service. Working with mailgun makes you realise how well thought everything is.Also they have a very professional and helpful support. My "problem" got solved within hours.

Mailgun's response was fast and…
Mailgun's response was fast and efficient. After following their directions, I was able to successfully link my DNS records to third party software. After doing a test, it worked! I received an SMS notification of an appointment booked. Thank you Mailgun for your great support!
