Support and sales staff were extremely helpful and honest

Support was extremely helpful with ideas on setting up domains for Mailgun within GoDaddy Business Hosting. However, later, when I was trying to find out more about how best to use Mailgun for different sites and apps we have developed, it was suggested that I needed to gain more "technical knowledge" before I will get any value out of using Mailgun. I have canceled all of those projects for now while I go into learning mode. I appreciate their honesty.

Good and honest

We noticed a problem when we skipped to pay, because of credit card change 6 months ago, an invoice to mailgun. We are glad that mailgun did not complained about and that this and other more technical problems are addressed in one working day.

Solving stuff

I had a problem. Couldn't find any help on the online material. So contacted the support team. They were quite fast and to the point. (even with the time difference) and solved my problem.

Very responsive and helpful support

Very responsive and helpful support. This is the main reason I use Mailgun. I am not as technical when it comes to setting things up so their support team always comes through for me. Plus, Mailgun has an amazing email service, one of the best imo. And I have tried all of others email service providers.

email validations for good deliverability

Switched from another provider to Mailgun for mass emails. Their email validation service ensures good deliverability before sending out the campaign.

Excellent product!

Great support, great product, great API! Deliverability is dialed in, and the UI is slick. I use a few different email servers, and while they all do the basic function of sending an email fairly well - Mailgun excels in user experience!
