Pricing is deceitful to the point of a scam. A year ago they over charged me because THEY duplicated a Google account and my normal signin for the same email. No refund for their mistake, but they gave me an account credit for thousands. I didn’t launch ads for another 8 months so I downgraded the plan. What do you like best about Madgicx? Madgicx is great for managing your ads, with an easy way of launching ads to different audiences and creating automatic tactics to help save ad spend or scale a performant ad. The real heros is the customer support team, which is always ready to help. I had a session with Tariq who helped me navigate multiple aspects of Madgicx, and he gave great advice. Thousands Lost :(

While they have good service and the team are very helpful, that is very redundant when the service does not perform and ends up costing my business thousands of dollars + the investment. Tried spending lots of time with them to try different aspects but never got any real results vs ad spend. AVOID

They don't respond to emails and I have multiple unauthorised charges which they are refusing to refund. They openly admit their system is flawed and it's the worst customer experience I've ever had

What do you like best about Madgicx? Very expensive for what it does. If you cancel your sub, it does not allow you to use it, even though you paid for 3 months

Amazing Software & Technical Staff

I've been using Madgicx for quite some time and I am continuously amazed by the experience of their technical support / media buying staff. They all have great strategies, tips, and tricks that have really helped my account. Tariq Elmenstirly helped me solve an automation conflict recently and I have also been working with Dani Fine who has been fantastic. He set up and turned on Offline Conversions which made a big difference in my account.

We've been running with them for only 6 weeks, but so far they are brilliant. We are a SaaS EdTech company with a focus on healthcare, working internationally.
