What do you like best about Madgicx? Magicx Support member Asi heard my cry for help and immediately jumped on zoom to help get me up and running. Whenever i have a customer in need i drop what i am doing and make them a priority and knowing Asi dropped what he was doing to help me was simply amazing. I have massive respect and loyalty to companies that look after their customers this way.

Great app, great support, great everything

I'm still on their 15-day free trial but their support team already servicing like I'm a VIP customer who spent millions 😂 They are always available. Moreover the app itself got so much killer features those we can't deny. What a wonderful company.

Madgicx has some really bright people on board who are experienced and know the platform really well.If you are lucky to cross paths with people like Asi, you receive a proper evaluation of your account and a detailed plan of action to commence with an Ad Campaign, that is likely to bear fruit (conversions).

madgicx automates your work

madgicx automates your work, but it does more. it's like having 5 specialists who optimize advertising but who do the job in 4 minutes. definitely I recommend. it costs like $100 a month I spend more on coffee.

Full of bugs

Full of bugs, some days work some days doesn't. They will end up scamming you with the pricing, they will automatically upgrade you and you will have to downgrade manually. Most of the features doesn't work

Worked with Madgicx for a short while…

Worked with Madgicx for a short while to give it a try. We got some positive results but couldn't scale up because of stock issues. We will start working on it again when stock is back up. Great help we got from Tariq, he gave good insides and set us on the right track.
