What do you like best about Madgicx? Madgicx is an absolutely brilliant platform. The learning curve is steep, but the support is amazing. Being able to broaden my advertising audience pool through their AI-based audience generation system has proven invaluable for scaling my brand. And the automation tactics inside the platform helped me to scale without wasting ad spend. I recommend the platform to anyone who is looking to grow their e-com business.

Poor quality support

Poor quality support, onboarding guy was more interested in waving to people outside the office window than engaging with his customer. Contacting support they don't work Friday or Saturdays!Canceled my subscription and they immediately terminated access to the platform. Loads of dark patterns to try and trick you into not unsubscribing. Bad experience BUYER BEWARE!

From rough start to flying high

It's fair to say we didn't get off to the best start but after the personal touch from their highly knowledgeable team, we are in a really good place with ROAS numbers above our expectations. Hats off to Yahav and the team for creating a valuable and highly effective tool to manage and scale your ad account. Also worth a mention is Sparkle their ad design service that is helping us scale up the quantity and type of ads we have to work with.

What do you like best about Madgicx? This is a must consider tool for every facebook advertiser. I enjoy launching campaigns through madgicx as this will open up advance insights and much faster to create multiple campaigns at just click of a button. Also, I thank Mr Roe from the finance team for helping me to retain my account by solving all my pending queries. Go for it.

What do you like best about Madgicx? The software removes the complexity from analyzing performance in Ads Manager and quickly lets you zero in on your best creatives and audiences. The dashboard is much more intuitive and quickly gives you a snapshot of how your account is performing by Acqusition, Remarketing, and Retention.

What do you like best about Madgicx? Everyone on the team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and are willing to assist. I felt like I have been going around in circles trying to understand Facebook Ads, and stumbled across Madgicx. This has been the BEST decision I've made for my businesses! My ROAS have definitely increased and is getting better everyday. Whenever I need assistance, someone is always willing to get on a zoom session with me and we get the problem resolved immediately! ...

Our expert Sherwin really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and look to solve our issues. We were complete unknowns to this and he patiently guided us along the way, offering overview on the capabilities of Madgicx and how to grow into it slowly.

What do you like best about Madgicx? These guys help you with training to get into the software, have a fantastic Customer Chat service that answers your questions with screenshots, and respond quickly (few minutes). My ROAS on my campaigns looks after two days already better than what I managed two years before!
