"Great Company + Lots of Support"

What do you like best about Madgicx? Madgicx is a great service. The software looks a little overwhelming when you first log in, but there's tons of help to understand it. My shop was treading water with Facebook ads, struggling to gather the information they needed to be profitable. I got a sale the first day with Madgicx. Now only three weeks in, I'm up 810% in overall sales. It's really only getting better, and they eliminate the element of chance on your ad spend with all the different ...

What do you like best about Madgicx? The features are powerful and intuitive saving our team hours when media buying. Additionally, their training and support is exceptional.

What do you like best about Madgicx? Madgicx is really helpful in quickly launching new AI based audiences and setting up automation tactics such as Stop Loss and Revive for pausing and resuming adsets that do not meet certain criteria. It also provides great metrics and dashboards. Seems to be equally applicable to small companies like mine but has enough features to satisfy larger companies with more experience in digital marketing.

What do you like best about Madgicx? Cool software to get onto Facebook, I would say we are a beginner with some experience with FB marketing, and the software do help to make things easier, was also supported by Sherwin Sanchez on our onboarding call where we did try to get deeper into how to use Madgicx as a tool, some best practices that we can potentially be trying out with Madgicx.

Cancellation has been a disaster

Cancellation has been a disaster. Not only will they not allow you to cancel your future payments and NOT receive access to the time you've currently paid for, I was charged $500 after the OWNER of the company showed me a screenshot that my account was paused/cancelled in Stripe. Now I'm forced to cancel my debit card. I would stay away from this company by all means.

What do you like best about Madgicx? I finally signed up to see what Madgicx was all about. I had taken an in-depth Facebook ads masterclass and at the end, Madgicx was highly recommended to try if I was serious about customer reach via Facebook ads. In addition, I have so many other items to attend to on a daily basis that I needed to rein in all the monotonous Facebook ads tasks into a much more efficient system.

What do you like best about Madgicx? I'm getting better results with my a Facebook ads and it's SO much easier to target new audiences. I can't wait to start using the automation tools for things like scaling and budget! ALSO... I had my first onboarding call with Sherwin and it was incredible! Not only does he know how to explain using Madgicx well, he also really understands strategy and gave me ways to make my life soooo much easier in the long run. Thank you Sherwin!
