Great for conceptual maps
What do you like best? This website allows our research team to conceptualize findings in a visual way. It is a great way to gain insight into how our main themes relate to each other, and makes it easier for us to see the implications of our work. What do you dislike? Lucidchart stops working when we use a bigger screen to see the maps that we have created. It just freezes and then I have to re-start it. So easy to use
What do you like best? The ratio of time spent vs quality of work makes Lucidchart absolutely worth any effort if you are trying to present information. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike. If you want to beautifully display information for a presentation, Lucidchart is quick to learn and does what it needs to do. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Training material for my team as well as presenting work flow to other teams.

What do you like best? lucidchart is incredible. you can put it anywhere, windows, mac. and you can make amazing diagrams and fluxograms. i usually access the official instagram profile and always have a laugh on their posts. i really want to create something like they post there. lucid chart for Object oriented analysis and design
What do you like best? Ease of use and correction to diagrams can be made easily. The tool is opensource so easy for beginners to practice. What do you dislike? Basic, easy to use diagramming tool
What do you like best? Easy, intuitive, no frills, easy learning curve, templates to start with. What do you dislike? Limited number of objects per canvas on free account. Difficult to edit multiple items especially when it comes to formatting. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaborate on visualizing flow/organization and visual communication.

Pretty good, at least free version
What do you like best? It was free, quick to learn in a pinch, user-friendly and FREE. What do you dislike? Took a few times to learn, but mostly very easy to pick up. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I did not have Visio installed by my IT dept, and needed a flow chart diagram. This worked in a pinch.

Used for IT whiteboarding our solutions in real time
What do you like best? The images, I'm an awful drawer so this eliminates my customers from suffering through my drawings What do you dislike? It takes a really long time to get used to and fluid with. I would recommend spends hours getting fluid before sharing with a customer. Recommendations to others considering the product I would really recommend Lucid Chart to any IT org that often whiteboards for their customers. this creates a clean and easy to understand whiteboard. Easy to use, intuitive service. I accomplished what I needed to.
What do you like best? It's an understandable easy to use programme. I can get done what I need to in a timely manner that efficiantly conveys what I have to say to the client. It's intuitive and easy to learn. What do you dislike? Tools are clunky at times and I only used the free versions for what I needed to. Limited functionality and space with the free trial version. Great Diagramming Tool for Process Flows and Sitemaps with Features that Streamline the Process
What do you like best? I create a lot of process flows and sitemaps. I really like the ability to quickly create my diagrams on the page within the diagram without having to continually go back to a tools panel to select something. Lucidchart makes it eas to quickly type out a sitemap structure in text and build it automatically with connected symbols.
