"Very helpful and responsive!"

What do you like best about Loopio? The usability of the platform makes responding quick and easy. The Help Center allows you to quickly look up questions and review videos to show you how to accomplish a task. Our CSM is extremely knowledgable and provides our feedback back to product, including us in Betas and quickly adding in Support when needed. What do you dislike about Loopio? What do you like best about Loopio? Loopio has been a GREAT asset to us for collaboration, proposal responses and painting the WHOLE picture. This gives up more fuel to WIN THOSE opportunities What do you dislike about Loopio? That Loopio is not available in my daily life! What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you? The system is easy to use and understand, but whenever a hiccup or question does come up, I know that I can reach out to our customer success manager or any of the Loopio team and have an answer within minutes. "Loopio is our Source of Truth"

What do you like best about Loopio? Loopio has given us the ability to capture institutional knowledge that historically was dispersed throughout other systems, previous projects, and email/slack. What do you like best about Loopio? Loopio has saved my team countless hours and has truly streamlined the way we prepare and respond to RFPs. Prior to having Loopio, we used to have to dig through past proposals and/or come up with new content every time. "Loopio is Easy to Use and is Always Improving"

What do you like best about Loopio? Loopio is intuitive and generally quite easy to use, even for beginners, once the software is set up, which doesn't take long at all. Loopio's customer service is top notch and they are always fast to respond no matter what a user may need help with. What do you dislike about Loopio? If I had to nitpick, occasionally, there are formatting issues that arise after exporting a document, but that is probably attributed more to Microsoft Word than Loopio. ...
