"Make the pain less painful"

What do you like best? By far the library search with it's results scoring and time stamp are my favorite features. The category [faceted] search is a close second. There probably are a number of other great features but these get my work done fast. I also like seeing how many times any given response has been used and when it was used. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's so easy to use, very intuitive. The magic is accurate and extremely helpful. What do you dislike? Managing the library can be daunting at times. What do you like best? Loopio has an easy to use UI and organization system. It makes centrally storing questions and responses easy. Additionally, the review process makes it seamless to ensure answers are correct. What do you dislike? Exporting your questions and answers are not the easiest to accomplish. What do you like best about Loopio? It’s really easy and simple to use. I did a training with our SMEs earlier this year to kick off a content review project and they understood the tool and how to use it without many questions. We also had a new employee start a month ago. She was able to jump into the tool and use it without much help or guidance (she did spend some time in the comprehensive help centre). What do you like best about Loopio? Loopio is fantastic for organizing our content, making sure we keep it updated, and getting it into our proposals as quickly as possible. "Loopio makes RFP life easier and more efficient"

What do you like best? While the Loopio platform is great, the Loopio support (especially Customer Success Managers) make working with Loopio a joy.
