What do you like best? I like to use Keywords, it is giving me best results on answers What do you dislike? What do you like best about Loopio? I love the ease of use of the library function. The library is searchable and easily customizable with tags. Project management features are also exceptional. What do you dislike about Loopio? There's a bit of a learning curve for every software. It's taking me some time to learn about how to manage the compliance answers v. narrative answers, and I still have some questions about maintaining my compliance library. What do you like best? Being able to import an RFP as-is, replying to it using the existing repository of company-wide knowledge, and then exporting it back to the initially imported file is a huge time-saver. What do you dislike? There is a bit of a starting stretch as you need to "teach" Loopio the answers from past RFPs, and the match between past answers and new questions is not always spot on - although definitely still saving time from looking in a manual RFP library.
