"Still implementing but loving it so far!"

What do you like best? Just about everything is user-friendly and intuitive, our multi-generational team has a variety of comfort levels with technology and no one has had any issues. Even as a passive resource, we've had great success organizing our RFP responses. We've set up the templates which will make it possible for our team to respond to RFPs and have a quality deliverable whether a designer is present or not. What do you dislike? "Great system that has saved us a lot of time"

What do you like best about Loopio? Loopio has saved us a lot of time having to fill out and find RFPs. It has helped give a lot of time back to our SEs and product team. What do you dislike about Loopio? The set up was a little time extensive, but it did pay off. What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you? Having to manually fill out RFPs and search in multiple places for answers or have to ask our subject matter experts over and over again.

"Super helpful with a slight learning curve."

What do you like best? The ability to get short or lengthy answers and see how fresh and relevant they are with a relatively short turnaround. It really is a competitive edge because timing is of the essence on a lot of RFPs, but the responses need to be professional and good quality. I also like that you can have constant visibility into which questions are being worked on and reviewed. The alert system keeps it from slipping to the back burner. What do you dislike? Our library in loopio not only helps us anwering RFP's more quickly but also collect lot of valuable know-how in the company which helps us answering email requests etc. from clients and prospects. What do you dislike? In some cases the import/export function has are hard time ready the formatting which we have received directly from the clients, which is a shame and means that the software works less smoothly. Secondly, the magic function is not really efficient ...
