"Useful as an RFP tool but also as a knowledge database"

What do you like best about Loopio? I like the way Loopio organizes the information and specially the search capabilities of the platform. Also, being able to mark questions/answers for review at a specific time helps you keep the information updated and useful, as opposed to other solutions where information is uploaded once but never reviewed. What do you like best? I like that Loopio allows you to assign tasks and questions to colleagues easily. If you are in different offices, time zones, etc, you don't need to worry about scheduling a call or meeting to get the answers that you need - SMEs can answer on their own time. Having the ability to use an in-house Loopio Champion to change account access and permissions makes thing very easy on our end, as we don't need to log a support ticket with Loopio to make these changes. What do you like best about Loopio? The content scoring. By scoring the content (review, recent uses, entry) it helps non-regular bid contributors quickly determine what answers are being used most frequently and to quickly evaluate the level of content available to them. What do you like best about Loopio? Workflow capability & task assignment. This solves problems of tracking who has answered a question, whether a question has had confirmation from the product team/owner who are internally required to sign off answers, and ensure we are always working on the latest version. What do you like best? Loopio is very easy to use. The document import and export functions generally just work without any fuss. We've only been using it for a few months now, but it's very easy to see this becoming a central repository for everything related to RFPs.
