What do you like best about Loopio? The ease of use of the tool and how helpful and lively our CSM is. What do you dislike about Loopio? While using Loopio is easy for users, maintaining the library and making sure there is a consistent review process can be difficult. What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you? RFP rates have increased and the Sales org is having a much easier time completing them. They can allocate more time to doing their jobs than filling out RFPs

"Great product, helps tremendously with client questionnaires."

What do you like best? It's so easy to use, very intuitive. The time it takes to answer, verify, and return client questionnaires has gone from three weeks (or more) to three days. What do you dislike? Managing the library can be daunting at times. I've found it helpful to schedule frequent library reviews which helps with possible duplicates and to validate entries.
