What do you like best about Loopio? I love their Magic functionality, it takes a little bit to train but the way it works later is amazing! Magic is a functionality where the software will look for an answer to the question in our library and suggest the best answer. It really makes the RFP process faster! What do you like best? Customer support is excellent, the tool is always evolving. What do you dislike? Some features seem to go away in new versions Recommendations to others considering the product: Use integrations, schedule training with CSM. What problems are you solving with the product? While using Loopio is easy for users, maintaining the library and making sure there is a consistent review process can be difficult. What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you? RFP rates have increased and the Sales org is having a much easier time completing them. They can allocate more time to doing their jobs than filling out RFPs
