What do you like best about Loom? Software generally works well and is intuitive to use, the automatic upload feature is convenient for sharing videos What do you dislike about Loom? Cost is pricey when you consider that there are lots of free or cheaper alternatives for screen recording. We have experienced bugs/issues with the Google SSO. "Better in theory than in actual everyday use"

What do you like best about Loom? I LOVED and needed the transcript feature for Loom. As someone with brain fog secondary to my disability, having access to recordings and transcripts that are easily searchable is IDEAL. The price was also extremely reasonable! What do you dislike about Loom? I work in Social Media, and use a Chromebook, which has constant bugs. What do you like best about Loom? We LOVE being able to take a majority of our meetings to virtual rather than in-person. What do you dislike about Loom? The only thing I dislike is they cap the number of people that can be in your free Loom organization to 50. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Saves me and my employees SO much time. We have a 'Loom culture' in our organization now that means if you can explain it over Loom, do it.
