What do you like best about Loom? Great for making async videos that also help to serve as on-demand training resources. What do you dislike about Loom? It's another platform that I need to access and get familiar with organizing my data. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Loom? Very easy to use and like that people can comment inline with the video. Love the embed video in email feature. I don't use all the edit video or sharing features, haven't had a need for that so can't speak to video editing. What do you dislike about Loom? The chrome plugin takes a lot of processing and used to freeze up all the time. It hasn't as much lately which is good but overall making the chrome addin less cumbersome. What do you like best about Loom? It makes it super easy to make a quick video to train my clients to cut time on calls. What do you dislike about Loom? I do not like the fact that the picture it hard to get rid of during a recording. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Calls can be long when training for a simple item within my busiess. It cuts down on coordination time.

I love that I can get the recording started pretty much from anywhere in my computer. What do you dislike about Loom? Some things can be improved like the editing features (trim specifically), but overall it's a great product. What do you like best about Loom? I use Loom to eliminate the need for long e-mails - I just hit record, say what I need to say and send the link! It has eliminated confusion since I can explain better on video, reduced follow up questions, and has saved me time in typing and editing to get my thoughts across! What do you dislike about Loom? "Perfect tool for communicating without required meetings"

What do you like best about Loom? Very easy to record a video, unlike other solutions. Also easy to share, comment on videos back etc. And integrates with all of the tools our team uses regularly. What do you dislike about Loom? Anything I dislike is mostly just bugs with Loom. I run into issues with the Chrome plugin and the desktop app a lot and have to restart the tools.
