"Very easy and intutive"

What do you like best about Loom? My favorite part about Loom is how intuitive it is - it does everything I'd like it to do and without friction. The user interface is well done and its easy to find the feature functionality I am looking for. What do you dislike about Loom? "Loom has cut down on redundant meetings"

What do you like best about Loom? Loom has helped us cut down on redundant meetings as our team is able to watch a Loom video and get all the same information instead of having several meetings with trying to remember the same points. It also helps with training and making sure that everyone is trained the "same way". What do you dislike about Loom? What do you like best about Loom? Very quick to start capturing video. The automatic transcription is a great feature. What do you dislike about Loom? Loom might crash or fail to record "quietly," which is to say I don't realize it has stopped recording. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Recording sprint meetings; technical walkthroughs.

"Save Time & Increase Learning"

What do you like best about Loom? The ability to record videos about common topics that allow the user to view on their own time, as often as they like. What do you dislike about Loom? I can't think of anything that doesn't work well. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to create training / educational videos that are accessible at anytime. I no longer have to explain something in person multiple times - I can record one video to share across multiple clients.

What do you like best about Loom? The ability to reduce client meetings and eliminate back-and-forth support emails by recording my screen. What do you dislike about Loom? The Chrome extension has been a bit glitchy for me lately but this may just be an isolated issue. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Reducing back and forth emails with technical support and streamlining client communication on web esign projects.

What do you like best about Loom? As a small business with multiple priorities and responsibilities, finding a product that is so intuitive and easy for us is wonderful. "Needs better integration"

What do you like best about Loom? Nice shared workspace for recorded items What do you dislike about Loom? Doesn't integrate with our software (Mural) at all. When we try to loom over a Mural, the video disappears. We've tried desktop and app. Very frustrating. Clunky for screen shares too--video on one side and window disappears so there's no ability to manage talking points and a visual while recording yourself speaking toi t. What do you like best about Loom? I do a ton of screen shares, so the aestetic and ease of use is big for me. What do you dislike about Loom? Difficulty with consistently working. Either our face stops showing up, or it just won't record. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Walking clients through things virtually. Saving trainings for future use.

What do you like best about Loom? It removes unnecessary meetings from my schedule. I am also able to help clients quickly by sending quick videos. What do you dislike about Loom? You cannot remove the free video icon when you embed it in other apps. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem of having to meet with all of my clients in a short amount of time. Now I do not need the meetings.

"Helpful Tool for Demos"

What do you like best about Loom? - Loom is a great resource to make videos for product demos. I really enjoy the flexibility to record different windows/screens, and include either a voice recording or video from my camera to go along with the recording. - The demo videos are easy to share using URL, and can be embedded into PRs for Github. - I enjoy being able to cut/trim my videos directly in Loom after recording them.
