What do you like best about Loom? Loom allows me to communicate with people that I do know and that I don't know. I can present the information in a modern and simple way, and that helps me build my business. What do you dislike about Loom? It is buggy sometimes and doesn't communicate well with the Mac OS. What do you dislike about Loom? Though we were using a shared workspace, every video has to be placed in the shared workspace and adjust the settings to allow editing. What do you like best about Loom? It's super easy to use. I use it multiple times a day to send videos to users, update our team internally, or record screencasts for our video library. I've used a couple of other apps and Loom stacks up well against the competitors. What do you dislike about Loom? The main thing is I wish I could quickly annotate screenshots. What do you like best about Loom? Having the ability to share a creative space with my team is one of the best things for me. What do you dislike about Loom? I have issues with the app on my laptop so I toggle between the website version and the app. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? The simplicity of loom allows me to quickly share thoughts and instructions with other. Also being able to share my videos inside of loom with the right people.

Love using Loom for our team, both internally for recording and sharing out updates, and externally to share updates with customers without requiring a live phone call. What do you dislike about Loom? I don't love the Loom library. It's not a particularly great interface to navigate. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? When we want to send internal or external communications to guide our partners without having to jump on a call.

What do you like best about Loom? This is just a great, mostly intuitive tool for async collaboration. What do you dislike about Loom? I don't find it easy to share the video of myself while recording in non-Chrome tabs (ie, VSCode). What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? I often don't work the same hours as my colleagues, and I want to be able to share problems and successes with them. Loom is a great way to do that!
