What do you like best? The LookML later is the best in bring data governance. What do you dislike? The table formatting could be better for users who are used to traditional numbers based reporting. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Looker helps visualize metics better and connect to more modern data sources.

What do you like best? Flexibility to create what I need, with the structure to create data democracy. What do you dislike? If your data is a mess, it takes a long time to set up - but it's worth it! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting rid of constant ad hoc requests and making data more available to everyone.

Driving self service across your company
What do you like best? Looker levels the playing field between techy folks that no SQL and business folks that understand business outcomes and want to drive data-driven decisions. It's easy to use and enables business users to find outliers and make decisions quickly. Looker Has Been Super Helpful
What do you like best? Very good integration with github. Good flexibility What do you dislike? Needs to handle data extracts better. Streaming should be implemented Recommendations to others considering the product Implement parallel streaming and bigger throughput for data extracts. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visualizing and reporting off of vertica. Not too . many tools can do this.

A Fine BI Tool
What do you like best? It does the job, creates dashboards and visualizes them pretty well. Good segmentation/pivoting features. Relatively easy to build reports. What do you dislike? Not much transparency makes stakeholders lose trust in the dashboard. No SQL interface so it's more difficult for technical people to troubleshoot/poweruse. LookerML is confusing. Very clean and simple to use
What do you like best? Great way for my team and I to go through training documents in an efficient manner. What do you dislike? Limitations in terms of customizations What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to train my whole team in one central location has really helped with uniformity in our sales pitch.

My experience with Looker has been pleasant. It's easier to use than other products I've tested.
What do you like best? The fact that you can embed Looker within websites, as well as use SQL on the backend is a plus. What do you dislike? The only drawback is the LookerML, which is just a learning curve. Once we learn that, the hurdle is gone. Recommendations to others considering the product I would recommend this product to others who are looking for a user-friendly product that produces high quality data visualization without complexity.
