Unprecedented product
What do you like best? Elegantly solves one of the hardest problems in analytics - presenting data to non-technical users in a manner they can understand. What do you dislike? Not much. The visualizations could be a little nicer, but I see from the roadmap that improvements are coming. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We OEM Looker inside our mobile messaging platform that is sold to mid-to-enterprise organizations. Looker has ...

Easy tool makes for easy adoption
What do you like best? The ease of use is my favorite feature by far. I was able to create what I need with almost no product introduction in less than an hour. What do you dislike? I haven't used it enough to discover something I don't like. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were doing a lot of adhoc querying. We are trying to empower our users! I am now not being asked for so many monthly reports!

Amazing Visualizations up to the limit of your bandwidth
What do you like best? I love the fact that our many different departments and people of different skill levels are able to investigate and explore our data without having to actively interact with an analyst. Also, the ability to create a single dashboard to be usable for multiple different people's individual information using user attributes saves me so much time! What do you dislike? I struggle with looker's slowness. We've noticed that at high login times, it can take up to 5 minutes ...

I Love Looker <3
What do you like best? Looker provides a powerful modeling layer with a user friendly front-end. It provides flexibilities and work-arounds for pretty much anything. What do you dislike? Looker can do a bit of a better job with table formatting and merge capabilities at the explore layer. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are looking to give our users a friendly and interactive way to explore their data. We need the power of a ...

Looker as a game changer
What do you like best? The flexibility of looker was a game changer in our company. Because we were able to define our own fields, variables and measures, we are now able to make sure the reports our end-users are looking at are accurate. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. One of the thing that is sometime irritating (but in a good way is that new features are coming out that render our old work useless as they replace some of the more custom wor we use to do (ex: merged results ...

Looker is incredibly flexible without compromising quality and scalability
What do you like best? I love that I don't have to worry about how often the data refreshes, how the data refresh has to be managed, and whether or not that data is actually getting refreshed for my business partners. I can build a feature or enable a data point and my business partners are empowered to begin using it the next day. What do you dislike? I wish there were more advanced features with merge results. I understand it's a fairly new feature, so I look forward to adding more ...
