What do you like best? It is very quick to iterate a basic example fo what the software is capable of to convince other business users to get on board What do you dislike? So far we have not encountered many disadvantages on Looker side What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love how intuitive looker is as it means I can generally be more independent and it reduces the pressure on our data team. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use and amazing customer support are by far their best selling features. As a developer it's invaluable to have someone right away to help you with your problem, saving a lot of time and patience. Great sales and after sales experience

What do you like best? Neil Kennedy has been amazing through the sales process. Never pushy and always available for my questions. The after sales support is second to none. Incredibly knowledgable and fast responses. What do you dislike? It has a steep learning curve and whilst the documentation is very good, its a little tricky to navigate at times.
