What do you like best? We use Looker both as an internal tool and customer facing. I'm in sales and an end user of the platform and cannot do my job without this tool. I specifically love the way we have this connected to Salesforce to be able to understand my pipeline in a single click. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The software makes it simple to pull reports. The labels are clear so whatever you need to look data on can be found easily. The software integrated into our system and which allows us to pull data on info less than a day from being done. What do you dislike? The software can crash if a lot of reports are being run at the same time. What do you like best? Without Looker, we would be unable to efficiently analyze our core business metrics. When digging into retention and sales metrics Looker allows a general user the easy ability to visualize their own metrics. It also gives the developer level capabilities to run SQL queries and more in-depth data queries.
