Great BI platform for a small high growth company, excellent chat support
What do you like best? Intuitive user interface allows for end users & super users to set up reports, dashboards & visualizations. Very strong chat support - whenever I have a question, a Looker support specialist troubleshoots with me. Scheduling capabilities are very useful, integration with Google Sheets allows for further automation. What do you dislike? Looker changed the way we look at data in our company.
What do you like best? Looker is the tool that democratize access to data, and also is the only source of trustable data in our company. What do you like best? I enjoy the easy filtering and the ability to drill down deeper into an analytics module by clicking in the three dots. What do you dislike? Essential for analyzing performance, tracking feedback, and making informed data driven decisions
What do you like best? Looker is fully customized to our needs. The measures we need are all integrated making it easy to look into all areas of the business. What do you dislike? Building dashboards can be confusing when there are several measures. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking promo code redemptions, analyzing customer feedback, understanding revenue drivers. Data is easy to visualize and export.

What do you like best? With a really strong Looker instance, you are capable of making something like analytics - that is typically difficult to pull together, needing a specific set of skills - much more simple and streamlined for folks who are otherwise would need to rely on an analyst or others across the organization for their information. Not friendly for non-developers when it comes to ingesting new data or joining from new sources Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it - you won't look back What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Looker will offer visualisations for any data you produce in a way that makes it very easy to share insights with colleagues What do you dislike? The learning curve can be steep. Building a suitable model for your data sources isn't trivial, but it's worth the investment What problems are you solving with the product?
