"Works great for in person or remote "

What do you like best? Everything is now stored on the cloud. Instead of having to have an external hard drive. What do you dislike? Buggy. Sometimes sound or video cuts out mid session for remote observers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Stream sessions, record, create clips.

The options for watching users interact with your website or app, while also doing a simultaneous video chat, are really fantastic. It's also great that you can invite team members to observe sessions. What do you dislike about Lookback? Every once in a while, I run into connectivity issues during sessions. While this is rare, it's extremely frustrating when it does ...

"Great for mobile user testing"

What do you like best? In our experience, Lookback has been extremely useful in gathering feedback from real users on our UX on mobile. We often work with very non-tech-savvy users when we are testing and the platform is simple enough that they can use it independently on their end. What do you dislike? We've had experiences where the user cut out or recording appeared slow. These aren't common but they happen - could be related to the user's internet connection. What problems are you ...
