"Centralized logging for microservices"

What do you like best? Easy interface, easy to set up and configure. Makes sifting through millions of logs feasible. Uptime in the 2 years I have used it has been great. Alerts are easy to define and integrate with other services such as Slack. What do you dislike? Pretty happy with it so far. Would be nice if they also provided tracing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralized logging for multiple microservices using several tech stacks.
