What do you like best about Logz.io? The user interface is easy to use and to narrow down problems while troubleshooting customer issues. Logz.io is a key tool that my support team use on a daily basis What do you dislike about Logz.io? It does not remember my column settings and I have to set those up each time. "Centralized logging for microservices"
What do you like best? Easy interface, easy to set up and configure. Makes sifting through millions of logs feasible. Uptime in the 2 years I have used it has been great. Alerts are easy to define and integrate with other services such as Slack. What do you dislike? Pretty happy with it so far. Would be nice if they also provided tracing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralized logging for multiple microservices using several tech stacks.

"Amazing product"
What do you like best? We love using ELK but did not love having to manage ELK. Finding Logz.io solved the management problem and gave us access to knowledgeable ELK resources. What do you dislike? I like it all.______________________________ What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We love ELK but not the management & scaling of it. Logz.io solved that problem.

What do you like best about Logz.io? Very easy to setup, and is fast. Configurable retention is easy to setup. What do you dislike about Logz.io? If you go over your quota, logs are lost. What problems is Logz.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy management of logging infrastructure.
