What do you like best about LogRocket? User sessions detailed with network flows as well What do you dislike about LogRocket? Somewhat convoluted. But otherwise nothing. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Debugging user issues as well as QA issues.

"LogRocket is a good, user friendly tool!"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Its easy to train and understand how to use. The UI is self-explanatory, which is suitable for Customer Service teams! The left side navigation is also well designed. What do you dislike about LogRocket? When you are looking into a specific session, they give you a timeline bar. But it can be pretty touchy sometimes, i wish they had a way to jump by 5-10 seconds too. Recommendations to others considering LogRocket: This saved my CS team lots of time ...

What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket is amazing! It allows me not only to address troubleshoot issues quicker but to be able to figure out the error the user is encountering quickly and efficiently, which makes my day-to-day much easier! What do you dislike about LogRocket? In all honestly, I have yet to encounter a negative or work-stopping dislike about using LogRocket in my day-to-day troubleshooting of user errors. What do you like best about LogRocket? 1. Super easy to integrate. 2. Excellent integration with other services. 3. Live view is the best. 4. Ability to segregate data into projects. 5. What do you like best about LogRocket? We often receive extremely cryptic customer support requests with very vague descriptions of the problems that they are facing. With Logrocket, our customer support team has the ability to quickly see a recording of the customer's most recent session to visually see the problem they are facing.
