LogRocket provides a foolproof method of being able to translate our customer service emails, which can sometimes be hard to decipher or unclear, into actionable changes to make with the product. It has helped identify poorly designed user flows and product improvements. My favorite part of watching interaction replays is you can actually see confusion in how users move their cursor. "A great, very convienient, tool"

What do you like best about LogRocket? It records everything, so I don't need to think about what to log. I only need to think about what not to log. It has saved us a lot of time and communication efforts with clients. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The option to self-host will become critical for us soon.
