"We Love LogRocket"

What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket is very intuitive to use. I really enjoy the fact that it thinks for you and pushes you in the right direction in terms of seeing the user journey. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I think more robust reporting is my only issue. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to see how users are interacting with new product releases and understand if we are building the correct tools.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Simply being able to see what clients are seeing when bugs occur is a game-changer. As soon as an issue comes in, we can look at a recording for the user and see their view, all of their recorded network requests, and any console errors. It was no trouble to set up, seems to have minimal performance impact, and seemingly does a good job with redacting PII. What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to see the exact console errors a user experiences. What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to replay users actions as though you are watching them do it is fantastic. That it does that along with an 'inspection' view eases the process of resolving user issues tremendously. What do you dislike about LogRocket? As the number of users grows, you will only ever be able to watch a small fraction of the total number of replays saved but costs scale almost linearly with the number of sessions stored. What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to send user information/identifiers makes pilot phases extremely easy to manage! If a user submits a ticket saying they've had an issue, it's so easy to find their session and give them instant support. What do you like best about LogRocket? As a developer, I find LogRocket the most useful to log errors and review session recordings whenever an end-user has issues with our application. It drastically helps streamline the troubleshooting process and reduces the number of times we must go back to the end-user asking questions about what they experienced. What do you like best about LogRocket? Ease of integration compared to the amount of data it brings to the table. Metadata about the user's browser and location, console logs, full DOM representation with timeline and custom events, all requests etc.. What do you like best about LogRocket? For 8 years I worked for an industry leader in large law practice management. There were issue that affected some of the largest law firms in the world that we had to attempt to replicate and would at times take 4-5 personnel 10, 15, 20 hours to finally accomplish and adding up to tens of thousands of dollars worth of resources over a weekend multiple times a year.
