They can replay user sessions to see exactly what customers were doing when the error occurred and review console messages and network requests to identify the source of the problem. What do you like best about LogRocket? Ability to have access to user sessions (live videos, not just "logs"), error handling customization (tags, passing extra parameters, etc) What do you dislike about LogRocket? Videos are loading a bit slow (need to wait about 30-60 seconds to start watching a user session) What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? We can eliminate a lot of issues right away, before we get tons of emails from our customers

What do you like best about LogRocket? All sessions that are recorded are beneficial to learn. Generally there is a high visibility to what our users do and this is great. I'm not familiar with competitors. What do you dislike about LogRocket? could be difficult search specific accounts or componenets.
