"Super easy"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Don't have to bug our customers and ask what they have been doing. It's a life saver. My favorite feature is searching through text. What do you like best about LogRocket? The user session recordings are super helpful, and so is the frontend issues dashboard. What do you dislike about LogRocket? If i can see audiences/recordings of users who clicked on the same component/ fired same event, that will help a lot with isolating issues/ friction points. I appreciate the session replays - they are easy to access, easy to get to when searching by a specific user, and often seem to be valuable to our developers to understand bugs. What do you like best about LogRocket? I liked that i was able to see what our users saw. Logrocket is a great tool especially for our Ui/ Ux team to improve our service. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The only thing i would reccomend is making the software that records the app a little bit better. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? LogRocket allowed us to solve the problem of trying to find out our users UX experience.

What do you like best about LogRocket? -Logrocket helps you see what the customer is doing. This is extremely important for troubleshooting tasks and functions! What do you dislike about LogRocket? -It sometimes doesn't save the session so you are unable to use logrocket. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? -It makes it easy to see what customers are doing to determine the next steps to help the customer.

"Awesome tool to enable better user support"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Session replay is a helpful tool for getting additional context to solve user support requests so that they can be quickly and successfully resolved. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The metrics feature is behind a hefty paywall. Actual metrics on feature adaptation would have been really useful if it was included in our package. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Additional context to user-submitted support requests.
