"Great user session tracking"

What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket allows me to capture real time data about end users who are experiencing intermittent issues. While for some troubleshooting items, logs are sufficient, sometimes there is no substitute for live session date. LogRocket allows me to capture this data without taking time out of my day and my users' days. What do you like best about LogRocket? You can skip inactivity which saves a lot of time. It greatly helps in identifying issues encountered by users of our app. What do you dislike about LogRocket? What do you like best about LogRocket? Using LogRocket helps me update support tickets sent by our clients as I am able to verify their problems and also view what issue they may be having without contacting them directly. This really saves time to resolve logged tickets wih our Support Desk. What do you dislike about LogRocket? "LogRocket is one of the best tools that I have come across."

What do you like best about LogRocket? I am able to see exactly what the user is experiencing while in the session and able to identify if it's a user error. "A smooth experience for investigating issues."

What do you like best about LogRocket? LogRocket is one of my most used tools as a Customer Support advocate. I'm able to target specific URLs for visits from users so I can find the exact point at which they're having an issue or made a change on their account. Another thing that gives a great deal of needed information is the Network section where I can see a rundown of status codes (including errors) so I can share those with engineers. What do you like best about LogRocket? I love the developer tools and insisghts I get from using log rocket. It helps me everyday to better understand what my users are seeing. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I would like to get some better mobile tools. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Thte bug tracking is top notch.

What do you like best about LogRocket? It helps capture each session, and allow us to review the user journey to find pain points which we can then address. What do you dislike about LogRocket? We would love to have a longer look back window than 30 days. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? User journey visibility allows us to find bugs or pain points which users may have a negativ experience with.

It helped me figure out pretty rare bugs which were almost impossible to reproduce. What do you dislike about LogRocket?
