"Awesome product, helps me identify problems fast"

What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to record sessions and the console feature helps with problems on a daily basis What do you dislike about LogRocket? Sometimes in the sessions, sometimes it doesn't show the whole app, there are some images that don't show up in the recordings What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy observation of redesign"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to watch organic user sessions has been useful as we just launched a significant redesign of our app. Just an hour of watching user sessions helped validate some design decisions and showed us where it was lacking. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The UI is not very intuitive without background knowledge of how the product is made. "LogRocket was great, but they must be cash strapped."

What do you like best about LogRocket? We used to have users swear that they did something correctly (or didn't do something). Even though we always suspected it, we couldn't prove it. That all changed once we installed LogRocket, we could "see" what the user did so they couldn't lie. We would take videos and screenshots from LogRocket and show them that it was a user error most of the time. It also helps us find and resolve general bugs much quicker. What do you like best about LogRocket? I like most that LR has analytics available for preventative measures. The rage click/ dead click feature/ monitor is a game changer as well. What do you dislike about LogRocket? What I liked least was the lack of compensation our company received from the company when there was an overuse of sessions on the part of LR. What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to review customers interaction with our application. To specically be able to view where they ran into trouble. What do you dislike about LogRocket? nothing that I can think of. It really helps us out. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? "Cloud Based product needs visual review"

What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to filter and create all sorts of alerts and have insights on how our customers are using the platform without having to go through all the data and doing the collection/parsing. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The date filter somehow is quite annoying to use and sometimes product unexpected results.
