I love that I can find information about where the customer is (as well as if they are on mobile or desktop) , and help guide them through their issues, sometimes customers are unable to explain, and this is super insightful What do you dislike about LogRocket? What do you like best about LogRocket? Especially as a small team build a public-facing web application, LogRocket is crucial to our success. All of our errors are captured for us to troubleshoot with minimal or no customer involvement and we can watch how users interact with our application in real-time to discover friction or hangups. What do you like best about LogRocket? I love being able to watch user sessions. It really allows me to understand where the user may be experiencing a blocker. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I would want LogRocket to be available to provide sessions in our other verticals. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? It is also very helpful that these sessions can be searched and filtered by user and date/time. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I wish I was able to view what a user received/sent to WebSockets during their session. This may be a feature and I just don't know how to access it.
