What do you like best about LogRocket? The simplicity of using it! It fast forwards videos too which is awesome! What do you dislike about LogRocket? There are not any prompts or anything and it abruptly stops. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Checking what the customer is not seeing. It allows me to put myself in the customer's shoes and really guide them through the troubleshooting process.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Easy to get started once the tab included in your product, you will get insights right away. You can then see exactly where your customers are struggling with your product. I love it. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I will love more aggregated information. Once you have lot of traffic, you cannot check every sessions. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Better undertand your customers and enhance the product.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Logrocket's simplicity allows even non-technical users to quickly grasp the interface and make meaningful observations about user sessions. This is absolutely critical as we are a small company with some non-technical co-founders. This ease-of-use cannot be understated as a massive advantage. To add, they also offer integrations with tons of common partners so I'm confident that no matter what happens we will have Logrocket as our core analytics tool. ...
